· The passenger must provide accurate data: full name, email address, home and mobile number, street, number, county, city, airline, flight number, departure time, and arrival time.

· The passenger must check the reservation confirmation; Golden Transportaciones is not responsible for incorrect and incomplete data.

· The passenger when making a reservation agrees and accepts to pay the full amount of the service, even if it´s not used.

· Any change and/or cancellation must be made by telephone 03:00 hours in advance to schedule initially requested.

· By law, the capacity of a car is for a maximum of 4 passengers of any age and the capacity of a van is for a maximum of 10 passengers of any age.

· The passenger must consider the capacity of the trunk of a car: 2 large suitcases, 1 medium suitcase, and 1 small suitcase and the capacity of the trunk of a van: 10 large suitcases.

· Golden Transportaciones is not responsible for belongings; passengers must check their belongings before leaving the car or van.

· The passenger must comply with the time regulations by the airlines, Golden Transportaciones is not responsible for any unforeseen.

· The passenger should consider the time estimated by Golden Transportaciones considered as a safe trip, otherwise, will be at your own risk.

· The passenger should consider that during the transportation there may be inicdents such as repairs on streets, lanes closures, road accidentes, mechanical failures or others factors that will delay or prohibit the transportation, Golden Transportaciones is not responsible for any unforeseen.
